Expo 2022 fosters an open dialogue and the exchange of
innovative ideas. All participants are expected to treat others with respect and consideration and alert staff of any inappropriate situations or anyone in distress. NSF does not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form or disruptive behavior that present or hinders the free flow of idea. NSF reserves the right to enforce this code of conduct in any manner deemed appropriate. Event participants
violating the code of conduct will be asked to stop and may be (a) removed from the event and (b) prohibited from attending future events. Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Reporting Harassment/Misconduct
If an Expo 2022 participant experiences or witnesses harassment or misconduct and wishes to file a formal report, they should contact NSF Convergence Accelerator staff at Convergence-Accelerator@nsf.gov or by visiting the Help Desk within the vFairs platform. All complaints will be treated seriously and confidentially and responded to promptly.
